The offenders are treated with more understanding than the victims are. The police do their best but are overworked and under funded. Crime is organised but so are we.

Stop crime in your street and defend your urban environment. Each one of us must start by cleaning up our own back yard before criticising but we are not vigilantes.

You know more about what is going on in your local area than anyone and you are part of a generation that has no fear of using e-mail. Your confidential and discrete input is therefore invaluable for us. Our new initiative is therefore called "Computers against crime" and anyone co-operating with us will receive priority security assistance from any of our mobile or static units upon request. We believe in helping our own associates first.

Who is it that is vandalising the neighbour’s garden? What was the number of the car acting suspiciously in the street last night when the child was abducted or the old lady burgled? What does the person who was throwing stones at the street lamps look like? What was the number plate and make of that car that robbed the post office in the village yesterday? Which children are being abused? Who is the victim of domestic violence? In fact any piece of information that you have (no matter how small) is required by us to finally eradicate crime in our streets. Enough is enough. The time has come. This is no game. We will treat all reports with total discretion, confidence and secrecy. Under no circumstances do we ever disclose our sources.
